Critical Error on initial installation

Hi,

i tried to open Diadem2019 for the first time on my PC via the application 'Diadem2019 Autoloader' when a error message appeared (screenshot attached).

The message translates to:

NIDiadem2019Loader_PRGDATA- critical error

Please inform your administrator immediatly!

The applikation C:\Program Files\National Instruments\DIADEM.exe was not found in app Directory C:\ProgramData\National Instruments!

What should i do to remove this error and to run Diadem2019?

Hi Dominik,

The error message does not come from DIAdem. It is created by the program "NIDiadem2019Loader_PRGDATA" which is not defelopped by NI. Please contact your IT.
