Hello everybody,
I am facing a problem with DIAdem 2014 installed in a windows 7 sp1 - 32 bits machine. DIAdem suddenly stop working, then it freezes and finally there is no other option that close the program because it does not respond. The problem is caused by sporadic events (when I try to load data into the data portal, to save data, to modify a plot in a report, etc). The total RAM memory of my pc is 4 GB and the available when I work with DIAdem is 722 MB. Does the program needs more RAM ? If it is not the case, how can I look for the reason that the program stop working ?
Thank you very much for your help,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,
The RAM should be fine.
I have a few questions:
1. When did it stop working, is this a fresh install?
2. Can you see how much ram is available at the time just before the crash?
3. You mentioned when you try to load/save/modify its crashes. Does it crash every time or just sometimes?
Here is a list of things to try:
Run DIAdem 2014 as administrator (right click the icon and hit Run as administrator)
Make sure DIAdem is up to date. Make sure you have a internet connection.
Make sure your Windows 7 OS is fully up to date
Try install DIAdem on a different PC if possible
Check your system with this:
