DIAdem does not index the network areas

DIAdem does not index the network areas

After reinstalling DIAdem to version 2025 Q2 (DataFinder 25.3.0f68 / 25.3.0f66), DIAdem does not index the network areas. There is a warning displayed, but this warning was present in earlier versions as well, and indexing worked without any issues.
