I have set up my Data Pre-Processor to utilize job files and am generating the job files using the command: DataPreProcessorJobFileCreate()
The file is detected and completed without any errors, I can see the Pre-Processor status change for a moment, yet the specified files are not actually re-processed. Is there some setting or consideration I am missing?
I am running DIAdem 2020 and SystemLink 20.6.0
