Data acquisition with Diadem 11 lags

With my new Dell computer I have problems with lag. Resulting in data loss while measure with Diadem DAC.

Normally I measure with CAN Cases via USB, but the problem also occurs with an easy DAC setup using a slider to generate a wave form.

The signal is regularly interrupted on the screen but also the stored data looks the same.

Most of our PC's are Dell. I#m using a Dell laptop (Latetude) and use CAN via USB (XNet) with DIAdem 2011. I have no problems. Please can you describe the problem a bit more in detail? Did you install the latest SP for your DIAdem version? You are talking about a new PC. Is there any characteristic feature?

If this is a laptop, please check on your power saving settings. I have seen this happen on other PC's when the computer starts to change the clock frequency of the CPU while DIAdem DAC is running a measurement ...
