Diadem 2017 SP1 Download

Hello

I need to reinstall my copy of Diadem 2017 SP1, only I cannot get access to the install file from NI.com because I have to have a very costly service program in place. Now, £4290 for 1 year program seems a bit steep for one-off re-download of the software!

I have a perpetual license for the 2017 version and it works and does what I need it to, so I don't need to be buying service programs or new licenses for the newer versions. Why won't NI allow download of the older version? I paid several thousand for it and to be cut off completely when I need some simple help like this really doesn't work for me. I can only download 2020 as of today.

I mean its a perpetual license, surely they can envision a time when such a person might need to access the installation media from time to time.

I tried the download of DIAdem 2017 SP1. If you are registered it works fine to me (without any cost). I used this web page:

All I could see was that if you wanted anything but the latest version, you needed a service subscription at several thousand £. I had to ask the NI reps to give me access to the install file via their FTP server!

Yes, without SSP it is possible that you have limited access. But I assume that my sales colleague can help. Please get in contact with him.
