Diadem 2019 SP1 Error

Hello!

Instead of properly displaying a masterlayout-diagram in a report-layout, DIAdem 2019 SP1 log file says

279  15:38:30 Fehler:

280  Bei der Ausführung des Befehls "" ist ein Laufzeitfehler aufgetreten.

     Fehlerart :  UNKNOWN

     Fehleradresse : 00211C64

     Modulname :DIAdem.exe

Everything is fine with DIAdem 2018 SP1 and DIAdem 2019.

Everything was fine with DIAdem 2019 SP1 four weeks ago when last used.

Does anyone have any idea where to look? Reinstall or repair DIAdem? Interfering Windows 10 update? Broken hardware?

Hi Jens,

I have not heard of this problem.  What happens if you now try to load that same master layout in one of your older DIAdem versions-- does it work in them still?

Does the master layout throw the error even if the Data Portal has no data in it?
