What do you have in mind? Do you want a floating dialog, or a dialog that is docked in a VIEW area? Are you talking about a passive status/result display dialog, or do you want an active dialog with buttons and fields that the user can click on?
What DIAdem version do you have? Do you not see the example "User Dialog Box in DIAdem VIEW"?
