Error -2554 occured at Get Property (number_of_rows) - after upgrading to Diadem 11.1

I installed new version of Diadem on my computer running LabView 7.1 and now all VIs in our software that save data to TDM file are erroring out.
The VI that saves data to TDM works fine the first time, but if you re-run the VI, it tries to overwrite existing data in TDM and errors out.

With Diadem 11 in used to overwrite data in TDM without any problems.
Here is the piece of code where error appears.

It comes out of that big blue "Write Data [Channel]" express vi.
This screen shot show how that express VI is configured.

I don't quite understand why would it error out like that and what I can do to avoid this error.
