Your DIAdem looks like it has been heavily customized.  I'm guessing from the errors you show in the screenshots that whoever you got this DIAdem application from has startup scripts that are failing.

What version of DIAdem is this, and who makes the "OBS-ONE Post Processing" tool that you're starting in these screen shots?
