Hello All,
I have been struggling to generate a DIAdem report via an Analysis Automation Procedure being run in SystemLink. I have created the Analysis Automation Procedure in DIAdem and it functions as required and is able to save my report as a pdf, however when importing this procedure to SystemLink and running it as a Manual Task, the following error is shown:
File "<COMObject <unknown>>", line 3, in ExportToPDF
pywintypes.com_error: (-2147352567, 'Exception occurred.', (0, None, 'The printer is not ready. (No standard printer defined?)', None, 0, -2147418113), None)
I am stumped as the same error is also being shown for ExportToHTML. Does anybody know if this error is related to privileges for the "DIAdem PDF Export" printer that is only online when DIAdem is opened with Admin privileges? I have attached a snippet of my source code that does the saving.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hi DIAdemuser_1234,
What version of SystemLink are you testing with? Is it installed on the same computer that you used to test the ANP file in DIAdem first? What execution user option did you configure for that manual task? If you comment out the export to PDF or HTML commands, does the manual task execute without error?
