Extrapolation of data at the start and end of numeric channels

Hi All,

I have a set of data contained in two numeric channels which I have attached to this post in a zip file. I need to extend the lengths of these channels

by extrapolating the data at the beginning and end of both channels. Is there a simple technique for doing this in DIAdem?

Apologies for the frequency of the posts. Very new to DIAdem, <15 days and working to a tight time frame.

Hi Matthew,

Looks like a first order fit at the boundaries would be sufficient for your data. Give "LinearMapping" in the curve fitting group in ANALYSIS a try.
