How to change comma to point for data export as csv-file

Hi,

I need to export my data in a csv-file. Without changing the Region settings of my computer, the datas appear in the csv-file with comma. But I need the values with point instead of comma. I could realize that by changing Region settings to English, but I want to do this only using kind of script setting/command in DIAdem.

Can anybody help me out and give some advice?
