How to apply interpolation in DIAdem 10.2??

Hi Priya,

Use the ANALYSIS function called "Linear Mapping", found in the "Curve Fitting" palette.  You will need to create a new channel with the desired X values that you want to interpolate onto.  If those values happen to be equidistant you can create the new channel with the ANALYSIS function called "Generate Numeric Channel", found in the "Channel Functions" palette.
