Issue in using superscript

Hi,

I am trying to use superscript using "^h(1)" command for all the headers used in the table. Please find below the snap of command used.

But, some of the superscript are not aligning properly at right [ Param7 & Param11]. Why the superscript are center aligned over and above the text and why its only for few parameters? any suggestions.

Info: I am using script to update the superscript command to header based on conditions. Also, I am using dual screen monitor while running the script to update the template. will it be a reason?
