Minimize Data Channel per row

Hi all

I am quite new with DIADEM and I am searching for a function, VB Script or something similar which can calculate the minimum Value not per column but per row. The same would be also nice for the maximum value and the calculation of the STDEV. At the moment I do not have start for a solution any Hint would be nice !

Change back to Excel is not what I like !!

Hello Dieter,

This is actually quite easy.

In the ANALYSIS > Statistics panel of DIAdem:

Pick the "Descriptive Statistics" icon. In the dialog:

Select "Row oriented evaluation", select the channels and rows you wish to analyze and then check the values you wish to calculate.

That's it, the results will now be calculated for the block of data (channels and rows) you have selected, per row.
