Nope, there is no cleanup routine at the end of the DataPlugin execution. I think your best option is to call the DataPlugin from a DIAdem VBScript and have the VBScript delete the temp folder. The DataPlugin can store the temp folder path to a property that the VBScript can read.
You want to be careful with that though and only delete the folder AFTER you're done with the loaded data channels and have deleted them from the Data Portal.
