Reinstalling NI Student Edition

Hello,

I bought the NI Student Install Option including DIAdem 2017 SP 1 two years ago to use it for my PhD thesis.
Now I would like to install DIAdem on another PC, but unfortunately I do not have the installation files anymore. I can't download it from the NI web site either and apparently there is no way to buy DIAdem as a student version anymore.
A request to NI by mail was not successful, because they didn't understand my problem and only sent me instructions how to activate the software.
Does anyone have any idea where I can find the installation files or who I have to contact for this?

Hi Roland,

I have asked colleagues in R&D and Marketing to look into your question, and the DIAdem Student Edition still appears in our back end systems and is apparently still available to purchase with part number 779591-01.  I recommend that you contact an NI sales representative and have a direct conversation about this.  Hopefully the part number will help.
