DIAdem version 9.0 and later support CSV as well as many other file formats. Here's an incomplete list for version 9:
ASC - ASCII file
TXT - Text file (same as ASCII basically)
CSV - Comma Separted Values (ASCII format)
XLS - Excel data format
WAV - Wave files (generated by/for soundcards)
ATF - ASAM Transport Format
DIF - Data Interchange Format
LVM - LabVIEW Measurement
MDB - Access data base format
MME - MultiMedia Extensions
TDM - Test Data Management (LabVIEW 7.1 and DIAdem 9.x)
USF - Universal Storage Format
DAT - DAT files (DIAdem 1.0 and later)

We will add a lot more data formats in the upcoming releases of DIAdem as well as add an easy way for our customers to add their own data formats in the future.
