The Histogram ANALYSIS function in DIAdem creates two channels, which in DIAdem 10.2 and later are called "ClassMean" and "SampleCount". It sounds like you dragged only the "SampleCount" channel onto a graph in VIEW or REPORT. Try selecting first the "ClassMean" and then the "SampleCount" channels, so that both are selected, then dragging both channels onto a graph at the same time. You want to graph the "SampleCount" channel vs. the "ClassMean" channel, not graph the "SampleCount" channel vs. its array index.
