error while openinig *.asc file- Access violation

Am getting an error called

Error while executing " FILEOPEN(AutoDrvUser & "Channel.asc", 0)" command,

Error type: Access Violation,

Error address 000EOF67,

Module Name Diadem.exe

How can i remove this error??
