floating rms and frequency weightings

How to calculate the floating rms after the frequency weightings. what is the mean of the average time? i calculate the floating rms with average time 0.25s, the result is the same the with result of the running rms equation in VDI 2057-1:2002 with average time 0.125s not the the 0.25s
