I have some calculations being done in binning (Pivot table) concept of Excel. I would like to know the equivalent method in DIAdem. Sample data is attached for reference.
Thanks in advance

Hi Palindrome,
Typically this task starts with the 3 columns of data stored in N separate data files, often only one row per data file, so that your first task is to load the rows of data from all those files and paste them into the Excel spreadsheet you posted. Once data is consolidated in one Excel sheet, the pivot table is an awesome tool. Where DIAdem and the DataFinder shine is that the equivalent activity occurs without the need for the manual and time consuming consolidation step.
If the data you posted comes all together in one file, then you're probably fine in Excel, but if that data had to be copied and pasted from multiple original data files, possibly in different file formats, then we should really talk.
The short and direct answer is that the DataPlugin parses the data files and inserts these values into the DataFinder data base, and DIAdem queries (pivots) the data you want from the DataFinder and runs analysis and presents reports.
