No, it is not possible to draw a second Y axis in VIEW. You can of course do this in REPORT, and you can also send the current VIEW layout to REPORT for further tweaking en route to creating a publication-quality report. Note, though, that in VIEW you have 3 different built-in display modes for the Y axis. The third of these modes "n systems [phys.]", will show all the curves in that graph stacked on top of each other, each with their own Y axis. So this will give you multiple Y axes, but it is not configurable, and the graphs end up stacked.
