How to insert the instance of cloneable module into subpanel of other Singleton module?

Another (more flexible?) option is to use the MGI Panels toolkit, they also have a DQMH template for it, although I cant vouch for how up to date that is with DQMH versions. 

It gives more flexibility as it supports many panel types and is extensible. It also manages things like deferring front panel updates, and positioning of windows on displays etc. 

worth a look I'd say.

You could also take a look at our HSE Application Template and how we handle this specific requirement there:

Subpanel Load VI.vi (part of the HSE Core: Libraries package), which is used in our App Template's UI Manager module (part of the HSE Core: Framework package)
