Idea - show what modules are locked by source code

When a Dqmh module is to be created, modified, or deleted via the Delacor menu, the delacor toolkit checks to see if any of the items are locked via source code (or some other reason).

so if a vi or library is read only, a dialog is displayed saying roughly “one or more vis are locked.”

it it would be helpful if either the module name and/or specific vi could be shown in that dialog.   As I get more modules in my code, the harder it gets to find that locked vi
