I've attached my cheat sheet for shortcuts here. After my presentation, Tim Weilert sent me a few shortcuts for adding items enums and case structures without using the right click menu that I hadn't seen before (definitely helpful). So I added those as well. Note that this is my personal cheat sheet, and so not all of the shortcuts will work for you straight away. To change your settings open the quick drop menu and click configure.
Check out the Quick Drop Enthusiasts forum for a list of tools people have made, which include the ones I showed and a whole lot more. Just download and add the files to Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 20XX\resource\dialog\QuickDrop\plugins.
This DMC Blog Post describes a lot of what I talked about, and has the tool to modify your ini file to change your settings.
