Activation Dialog has blank URL button and other text issues.

Just want to point out that the Activate Add-ons dialog shows a button for purchase? to a URL that is empty. If you don't specify a URL then you should not show this button. Also the text above it seems cut-off. Also the Text below on the fields is not lined up.

All of these issues have actually been fixed already. They just didn't make it into Beta 2 since I was traveling. Thanks for pointing them out!
