How to submit a toolkit update?

Hey there,

I'm trying to submit a new version of the DQMH framework but I'm stuck in the submitting process.

After so long search I found the submission page --> https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/downloads/tools-network/submit-a-product.html

Unfortunately, clicking the submit product button just scrolls down the page and doesn't do anything more.

I sent a message over basecamp one week ago. No reply so far.

Any help would be really appreciated.
