Blown SC2311 SSR channel

Hello Everyone,
Here is my latest issue.  I have succesfully wired 4 SSR digital output modules in a SC2311 to control the direction of a simple DC linear actuator.  I turn 2 channels on for one polarity with the other two off and then turn the first 2 off and the other 2 on for the opposite polarity, this gives my in and out movement.  The proccess is controlled by data being read from a dial indicator and compared to MAX and MIN set points.  Everything works fine but during my initial setup phase I think I destroyed 3 SSR module channels.  There is a small green component behind each SSR module input and on the three that are not working I get no conductivy across this component.  On the 4 that are still working I get a direct connect (0.2ohms).  The problem happened when I had one of the SSR's active that was not part of same pair (3 active at once).  Is there any chance that I can replace this component or is the problem some were else.  The actuator is not pulling more than the 3.5amp capacity of the modules and the modules have not been damaged.  I'm really hoping that I can fix this issue with out having to buy another 2311.  I know its sort of an odd question but the only stupid question is the one that is not asked Smiley Happy
Thank you in advance to all that respond.

Hi Steve,

When you say you think you destroyed 3 SSR module channels, are you referring to the channels on the SC-2311 or on the modules themselves?  We do not recommend replacing one component on broken hardware.  If it is the SC-2311 that is damaged, we will need to do a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) on the hardware so we can repair it.  If the modules are damaged, then I would recommend buying new modules.   Please let me know if this answers your question or if you need anything else.

Thanks Steve, have a great day!

The modules still work fine, I moved them to different channels and made sure the condition that ruined the other three channels did not happen again.  I assumed that would be the answer I would get, just hoping somone had a fix that I could do myself.  Thanks anyways for the response.
