Greetings,
The PCI-6503, as well as all of our other data acquisition boards, ships with the NI-DAQ driver. This driver is tightly integrated with our software packages such as LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, Measurement Studio, etc. However, the driver also provides a DLL interface that can be used with any other development environment which has the ability to make calls into a DLL. While it is possible to control your hardware via the DLL interface, I would definitely suggest that LabVIEW would be much, much simpler and faster.
To check whether Matlab has the ability to make calls into a DLL, and whether there are any issues with making calls into a DLL, please contact The Mathworks Technical Support.
When making calls into the NI-DAQ Driver DLL you wi
