Can NI6602 use digital Input and Output simultaneously?

Using NI6602, I want to use DIO1 as a digital output and DIO2 as a digital input simultaneously. It was not possible to use examples included. Will you show me how it can be done?

The 6602 uses the same digital controlling chip, the DAQ-STC as our E-Series devices. Thus the examples that work for E-Series devices will work for your 6602. You did not specify the language you are programming in, but here is an example that allows you to configure the line direction independently in LabVIEW.
