Can't inatialize the "NI-DAQ32.DLL" - Limited account

I use traditional NI-DAQ driver and I have problems with my applications. There is the data of my computer:

NI-6305 PCI-card
traditional NI-DAQ driver 7.4
Win 2000
1.5 GHz
limited Useraccount

I think, my problem is, that my application with the "NI-DAQ"-drives 7.4 don't work with no admin-rights. I have all read-rights for the computer, but I can't write in the Windows-path. I changed my rights, that I could write in my windowspath, but it did work neither. With my Admin-account, there are no problem with my application.

Is there any solutions, like using an older traditional NI-DAQ driver then 7.4 or change my rights limeted-userrights?

It is part of a projekt, thats why I can't use the new NI-DAQmx driver!

Sorry, but it didn`t help. I have the same error ==> "DLL Inatialition failed".

My tradinitional Testpanel from MAX in my limited-useraccount is doesn't avaible. But when I log as an Admin, there are no problems with my programm and the Testpanel work also.

Is there any other solutions?

I found an new entry in the database:

"This may be caused by the user that is currently logged into the computer not having sufficient access rights. Software should always be installed from an administrator account. If this is not the case, uninstall your software and reinstall from an administrator account."
