Changing default voltage of DI

is it possible to change the default voltage value of a DI?

I am using a NI DAQCARD - 6024E for PCMCIA linked to a CB-68LP with a SHC68 shielded cable.

I am programming with C++

Hello

It's not possible to change the default value of a Digital Input.

A Digital Input need a TTL signal (5v).
