DAQ 6008 digital input all registering the same

I am using P0.0 and P0.1 both as digital inputs. However, the P0.0 is deciding the value for all digital inputs (P0.0 though P1.3). I have a second DAQ 6008 hooked up the same way and it is reading the inputs correctly, so I do not believe that the issue is coming from how I have the probes connected. When I disconnect P0.1, the reading will flicker briefly, but then will go back to whatever value P0.0 is. Although possible, I do not believe that there is a short anywhere connecting all digital inputs.

The pullup resistor on the DIO lines should pull up all lines to HIGH if the inputs are connected to a signal.

Any DIO line connected to the signal should reflect the state of the signal provided the levels are within DAQ specifications and any unconnected DIO line should read High due to pull up resistor.

Could you elaborate more on your testing method?
