DAQ/LabVIEW memory

Hey guys,

I'm working on a really complicated project dealing with a FLEX microprocessor, and at this point I'm trying to get the program to read from a spreadsheet, write it LabVIEW memory, then read the LabVIEW memory and write to a new output spreadsheet.  I think the problem lies in these two subVI's.  This was an unfinished project that someone else was working on, and I'm somewhat new to LabVIEW and very new to this particular project, hense my confusion.  I would really appreciate any comments or help of any kind.  Thanks!!

Is your spreadsheet Excel?

If so, you'd need to look at the example VIs for LabVIEW interfacing to Excel.

Basically, you would need to know how to utilize ActiveX from LabVIEW.

You may or may not need to use ActiveX in this application. This will depend on the desired complexity of your spreadsheet interaction. Could you provide more details on what problems you are having?  There are some sub VI's missing from the files so it is difficult to see what the overall goal of the application is.  Do you need help with the data acquisition portion of the file I/O portion?  As much detail as possible would be helpful.  Thanks!

L. Allen
