DIO and DAQ cards won't respond to VB but work with MAX, previously worked with VB

The DIO and DAQ cards used to work fine with Visual Basic 6.0, but no longer work (after I added some VB code). But this software works fine on another setup
In test panels I am able to read and set the DIO and read the DAQ with no problems. I get no error codes from any of the function calls. This used to work fine.

That is odd that VB stopped working with your boards. The successful test panels in MAX indicate boards are working fine and driver is installed successfully. You mentioned the application stopped working correctly after you added some code. What happens if you remove your changes? Another thing to try would be to open up a shipping example and run that. If that works, then you may have inadvertently broken your application. If you haven't used these examples before they will be located in the following location:

C:\Program Files\National Instruments\NI-DAQ\Examples
