Data Acquisition Issue with cDAQ9181 + NI9923

Hello,

I am working on a project to monitor the changes in a pressure switch's data (voltage type analog data) using cDAQ9181 and NI9923. Until a week ago, data acquisition was functioning well, and the graph displayed the expected pattern.

However, recently, the data values have become highly erratic, deviating significantly from the previous trend. Suspecting an issue with the DAQ, I have checked the wiring connections, updated the firmware, and rebooted the system.

Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I would appreciate any advice on additional steps I could take to resolve this issue.

I would suspect the sensor and wiring before suspecting a problem with the DAQ.

9923 is a D-Sub connector, what C-Series module are you using? and what is the sensor?

Do you have another means to confirm that the sensor and wiring is not malfunctioning?
