Data Acquisition from Sorensen's DCS8-350E

I have a DC power supply from Sorensen DCS8-350E. They have provided me with LabView drivers to talk to the power supply from my computer. I am able to change the voltage and current settings on the power supply but I am not able to record the measured voltage and current values to a file.
If any one has dealt with a similar application before or know how to solve this issue, kindly let me know.
Any help/suggestions will be appreciated.

Writing to a file is pretty simple. How are attempting to do it now and what kind of problems are you having? You should be able to use Write Characters to File as is and if you want, Write to Spreadsheet File can be easily modified to write a string array (just follow the directions on the diagram). There's a lot of shipping examples that demonstrate file I/O. Have you looked at any of these?

p.s. This question really doesn't belong in the Digital I/O forum. It's more a general LabVIEW question.
