Digital Waveform Editor : import a VCD file automatically through Labview

Is it possible to import a VCD file automatically through Labview with the Digital Waveform editor?

Presently, I do not have the Digital Waveform Editor; the condition to buy it is an affirmative reply to my question above!

Currently the only VCD importing tool that NI has is through the NI Digital Waveform Editor. From there you can save it to an NI-HWS file, and open it in LabVIEW.
