Do you have mean time between failure or reliability data for your products?

I am using the following hardware:

PXI-6723

PXI-6224

PXI-6509

18 Slot PXI Chassis 778645-01

8 Slot PXI Chassis 778636-01

I am trying to determine which items should be provided to my customer as spare parts. I need to know the failure rate of the item to make that determination. Do you have any reliability data for this hardware? If so, how can I access it?
