The NI-DAQ driver ships with examples of doing continuous operations for Visual C.
Since you already have NI-DAQ installed you can launch NI-DAQ setup (Start-> National Instruments -> NI-DAQ -> NI-DAQ Setup), and it will give you an option to add/remove. Select to install support for Visual C and the examples will be installed in your NI-DAQ folder.
The examples that have "doubleBuf" in the title are examples of how to do continuous operations.
