Drivers PCI 6503

Are there any drivers for linux for the PCI 6503? I need to use with LV 8.0 on Fedora core 4.
if not do you have any recommendations of how to go about it? (i'm a windows girl...)

Hello Pluppen,

The driver you would want for your device is NI-DAQmx. Unfortunately,  NI-DAQmx 8.0 for Linux only officially supports the following distributions:

• Mandrakelinux 10.1 Official and Mandriva Linux 2006
• SUSE LINUX Professional 9.2 and 9.3
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS 3

Although you could try installing this driver, it has not been tested with Fedora and is not officially supported so I would not recommend it.  It is possible that someone else in the community may have more experience with Fedora and may have better advice to offer, so I encourage anyone else to respond to this thread who may be able to help.
