File creation problem in host.vi

[anglo]

I work with sbrio9631. I have a project created by two VIs. The first runs smoothly on the FPGA and the second is on the host.vi.
I'm trying to collect data and store in a file. But I can not create a file when Host.vi.
Note gibts ANY setting, the man has.
