today,I open simulink and start working . I try to adjust the pwm frequencies to 1hz , in the duty cycle mode. but which turn out to fail. yes the least frequency it works is 4.5hz,but I need it to be lower for my devices. but as though I worked hard,but it just won't work,which frustrates me a lot...

and I sweer ,1hz is definitely between the range of maximum and minimum.
