When I configured the ports using group configuration for each ports, then I tried to do group writing, I don't know how to use the pattern list pattern written and the index array to write data into corresponding groups for DIO6533. Please give me some idea. Thanks!

From the information you gave, I assume you are using LabVIEW to program? There is a Buffered Handshaking Output example in the LabVIEW examples that uses Channel to Index to write to a port list. You should check out this example.

If it is not want you need, there are other digital examples for the 6533 that might help you get started. You can locate DAQ examples in LabVIEW through Help>>Examples>>I/O Interfaces/Data Acquisition.
