How to set 182920F-01 power up status to low

I got a NI PCI-DIO-96 182920F-01 card, and installed to PC, the properties is disabled in MAX4.0, so I can not set the power up status.

and I can not found 182920F in NI website, I found many models in the website:

NI 6503, 6507, 6508:
PCI-6503, DAQCard-DIO-24, PC-DIO-24, (NI 6503)
DAQPad-6507, PC-DIO-96, PXI-6508, DAQPad-6508 (NI 6507/6508)

so, what is the 182920F is? How can I found the real manual? How to set the power up status from hi to low.
