How to use PCI-6024E/CB-68LP

I am using PCI-6024E/CB-68LP and I have to connect four transducers to it. I am not sure how to make connections. I have no idea about electronics. Please help

The pinout of the PCI-6024E is shown on page A-40 of this user manual. The CB-68LP makes a 1:1 connection.
