PCI-6602 digital I/O has not handshaking.I don't know how to use buffered I/O.If dont't use handshaking ,how to producing so fast signal train.

the PCI-6602 is not capable of producing a pulse train faster than 20MHz. There is an internal 80MHz clock which can be used for other operations, but this clock cannot be used as an output.
