I can't get writeDigPort(OSX) to run from the shell.

Hello,

I've compiled the NIDAQmxBase DIO examples for MacOSX
and I'm using a USB-6501. They run fine when I click on
their icons but when I try to run them from the command line
I get the error

tcsh: writeDigPort: Command not found.

However if I do an ls the files are there.
Any ideas what's going on here. Thanks much,

Doug Taylor

Hi Doug,

From what I understand, you need to use ./ to run a program when you are in its directory.

Hope this helps,

Laura

Thanks Laura,

That worked. I gues I have to get over my Amiga and Dos days :). Best,

Doug
